The pilot "patch"
The badge is an essential aeronautical coat of arms: worn on a flight suit, a jacket or offered as a gift box, it is also a very appreciated object by collectors. Wearcraft offers you four finishes for the realization of your custom made badges:
Embroidered, Woven, Printed (sublimated), PVC and Chenille.

Depending on the finish chosen and study, your patches can be made entirely or partially phosphorescent, visible at night after exposure to light.

Embroidered badges
The classic and timeless badge. All options and finishes are available: American bumblebee border, laser cutting, special threads, velcro backing, iron-on, magnetic, packaging in a case or presentation box, anything is possible.
Woven patches
The "jacquard" weave is essential in the case of a complex and detailed design. The number of colors is infinite, and other finishing options are also available, such as laser cutting of the border.
Pvc badges
A revisited classic: PVC gives a modern touch to the aeronautical badge and allows all graphic fantasies.
It is possible to play with different thicknesses to achieve a 2D/3D rendering.
* Please note that for all our products on textile base, the so-called "American Bourdon", i.e. the overlocking of the edges, is done manually with a special MERROW machine which ensures a very high stitch density, guaranteeing a quality finish and durability to our products, unmatched by even the double overlocking of a traditional machine.
Chenille badges
Apart from embroidered, woven, sublimated or PVC patches, there is another type of patch: the Chenille Patch. Very common in the United States for academic, graduation, sports team and mascot patches, its support can be adhesive, velcro or thermo-adhesive.
Available with American style merrow border or hot cut or laser stopped border, these crests and patches are available in small minimum orders of only 100 pieces per model. They have a strong visual impact and we are among the only ones to offer them.
